Senior Producer (Gamedev)

TL;DR

Senior Producer (Gamedev): Managing the development process of a new project from the ground up with an accent on team building, resource management, and end-to-end delivery. Focus on establishing workflows, removing blockers, and leading a multi-disciplinary development team through the complete game cycle.

Location: Hybrid (Stockholm). Office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Relocation assistance is not available.

What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end development process, managing timelines, resources, scope, and quality to ensure predictable outcomes.
• Establish and continuously evolve workflows and pipelines while identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Lead and support a multi-disciplinary team, managing the entire employee journey from hiring and onboarding to career growth.
• Facilitate essential team ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, and progress reporting.
• Remove blockers and optimize communication to foster collaboration and shared ownership within the team.
• Identify and leverage outsourcing opportunities where appropriate.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager.
• Proven track record of taking at least one game project through a complete development cycle.
• Experience leading a full or significant part of a multi-disciplinary development team.
• Thorough understanding of agile game development methodologies.
• Proficiency with industry tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
