Trade Compliance Specialist / Officer (f/m/d)

Location: Available in one of two locations; hybrid work model with onsite presence and 10 home-office days per month.

Minimum compensation: €3,888.53 gross per month for a full-time position, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, as of May 2026.

What you will do

• Perform export control reviews of business transactions and ensure compliance with national, European, and international regulations.
• Manage export control licenses and develop internal guidelines, work instructions, and compliance processes.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and documentation for internal audits, management, and external authorities.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize export control and customs processes.
• Support import and export documentation, statistics, customs master data, and foreign-trade records.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready records of export control and customs activities.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of export control and trade compliance.
• Structured, careful, organized working style with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and interest in cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP and GTS knowledge is an advantage.
• Very good German and good English, both written and spoken.
• High integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
