What you will do

• Drive sales growth and territorial business coverage for direct-sales products and solutions.
• Engage daily with customers to generate demand and increase product sales.
• Analyze market and customer data to identify trends and tactical opportunities.
• Develop and execute a compelling sales plan with specific growth actions.
• Manage major accounts, including top 5 OEMs and top 10 design houses.

Requirements

• B.S. or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience selling T&M products (e.g., oscilloscopes, signal sources, computing).
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and Mandarin.
• Proven ability to drive performance based on metrics and sales growth.
• Location: Based in Taipei City, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Experience in EV, power, and datacom applications selling.
