Location: Taiwan, Taipei (Onsite or Remote)

What you will do

  • Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major global institutional/VIP clients.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Build customer service processes and systems, define management rules, and track key customer status.
  • Analyze user behavior to find hidden needs, write customer analysis reports, and coordinate with departments to deliver solutions and product feedback.

Requirements

  • Sales experience with customer acquisition/origination and a clear sales KPI.
  • Experience using a CRM tool.
  • 3–10 years of sales and client services experience with an international financial background (e.g., banking, investments, FX sales).
  • Client portfolio experience with institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
  • Fluency in English required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Mandarin speaker required.
