Middle PLM Developer

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine — hybrid work from the UA office

What you will do

• Configure, design, and develop the ARAS Innovator PLM system with internal and external teams.
• Develop application modules, technical documentation, user flows, integrations, automation macros, and deployment processes.
• Write and test internal PLM software and macros, prepare test results, and maintain reports.
• Participate in PLM implementation, user procedure development, and business process improvement.
• Provide day-to-day maintenance and collaborate with project managers and product owners on new functionality and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with production master-data specialists in Poland to ensure CAD and BOM data consistency and accurate exports.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of programming and database maintenance experience.
• Required programming experience with C#, VB, and JavaScript.
• Intermediate English or higher.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Relevant technical education or IT courses and certifications are beneficial.

Nice to have

• Experience with PDM or PLM systems.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Production experience, especially in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with technical drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Experience working in multinational companies or projects.
