CRM Developer (MS Dynamics)

hirify.global operates within InPost, a European out-of-home e-commerce parcel delivery platform with automated parcel machines, pickup and drop-off points, courier, and fulfillment services.

What you will do

• Administer and configure CRM platforms including HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Design and maintain workflow automations and integrations using Zapier, Make.com, and Google Cloud Platform where needed.
• Translate site sourcing, lead-to-deployment, and partner onboarding workflows into structured CRM logic.
• Maintain data quality through audits, deduplication, field validation, and lifecycle management.
• Build dashboards and reports covering pipeline activity, deployment progress, and operational KPIs.
• Gather requirements across international commercial, expansion, and operations teams and maintain documentation, playbooks, training materials, and user support.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in CRM administration or operations with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience building workflow automations with Zapier, Make.com, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of data hygiene, deduplication, APIs, webhooks, and integration concepts.
• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Nice to have

• SQL, Power BI, or Google Cloud Platform experience.
• Background in logistics, e-commerce, or multi-market operations.
