What you will do

• Manage complex, large-scale sales offerings for the GlobalEye Airborne Early Warning & Control system in the international defense market.
• Define and execute successful win-strategies in close cooperation with business units, product owners, and top management.
• Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to secure complex contracts on a large scale.
• Represent the company at international marketing events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Coordinate across various internal programs and strategy teams to develop and secure new business.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical or business field.
• 2-5 years of work experience in business development or management consulting within an international industrial environment.
• Strong English skills for a business environment are mandatory.
• Ability to handle numerical data and manage the financial aspects of commercial proposals.
• Must be able to pass a security vetting process based on current regulations.
• Willingness to travel extensively outside of Sweden.

Nice to have

• Experience in technically intensive sectors such as engineering or project-driven operations.
• Proficiency in Swedish.
• Experience with acquisitions, expansions, or the establishment of international sites.
