Salary: $102,400 – $153,200 per year

What you will do

• Provision new environments and perform upgrades of infrastructure components and product applications.
• Troubleshoot customer environment issues and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Create and maintain operational runbooks and standard operating procedures for daily tasks.
• Identify automation opportunities and write scripts to reduce manual toil.
• Manage the deployment of system updates, patches, and hotfixes.
• Collaborate with global teams in a 24x7 follow-the-sun operational model.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required (due to FedRamp compliance).
• 5+ years of experience installing, configuring, and tuning Java applications and Apache Tomcat.
• 5+ years of enterprise-scale Linux Administration.
• Hands-on operational experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
• Basic network troubleshooting skills including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.
• Proficiency in Bash/Shell or Python for automation.
• AWS, GCP, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certifications.
