TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, Tel Aviv District, Israel. Working hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM to align with EMEA time zones

What you will do
- Perform professional services for clients, including feature setup and platform integration.
- Execute data migration from external platforms into the ecosystem.
- Conduct daily client meetings to analyze business processes and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and R&D teams to optimize the onboarding experience.
- Manage multiple technical tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in a SaaS company.
- Must be based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.
- English proficiency is required.
- Tech-savvy mindset with a strong curiosity for learning new technologies.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and work effectively within a team.
