What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for owning and managing customer relationships.
• Conduct end-user training to help clients unlock the full value of the software.
• Provide strategic guidance and advice for enhancing system usage.
• Handle project management and resolve critical client crises.
• Educate customers on both new and existing platform features.
• Drive ongoing customer enablement to ensure long-term client success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within software companies.
• Fluent English with extremely strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proactive and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to quickly learn and articulate technology at any level.
• Strong analytical and effective interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology-related fields, preferably B2B SaaS.
