What you will do

• Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud services and infrastructure components in public and private cloud environments.
• Build deep technical relationships with customers to ensure maximum adoption of the VAST product portfolio.
• Implement cloud automation and orchestration using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Troubleshoot complex CSP instances and networks, performing root cause analysis for infrastructure-level incidents.
• Integrate VAST On Cloud with existing On-Premises systems to facilitate robust Hybrid Cloud architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management to escalate bugs and advocate for customer-specific feature priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Support, or Cloud Engineering).
• Extensive expertise with AWS, Azure, and GCP covering instance management and operations.
• Advanced understanding of cloud networking, security, and Hybrid Cloud integration.
• Proficiency in Python scripting, Shell/Bash, and cloud CLIs for diagnostics and automation.
• Advanced Linux systems administration experience (Rocky Linux or similar Enterprise distributions).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer.
• Microsoft Certified Azure Network Engineer or Solutions Architect.
• Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect or DevOps Engineer.
