What you will do

• Manage critical and high-impact production issues end-to-end for enterprise clients.
• Conduct deep technical investigations across platform components, integrations, and data flows.
• Collaborate with R&D, CloudOps, and Product teams to drive incident resolution.
• Analyze logs and system behavior using monitoring tools to identify root causes.
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term technical solutions.
• Support release activities, upgrades, and production deployments while maintaining internal documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical support or production engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience troubleshooting APIs and integrations in a B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Coralogix, Datadog, ELK) and tools like Postman and Zendesk.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business/Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Willingness to be available for OnCall rotations during weekends.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services such as banking, payments, or insurance.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud environments.
