Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. Must be based in Israel and possess a valid driver's license for daily field travel.

What you will do

• Travel daily to meet customers at their workplaces or agreed locations.
• Guide customers through the complete onboarding process for financial services.
• Provide clear and patient explanations to ensure active service utilization.
• Work independently while maintaining close coordination with back-office and internal teams.
• Represent company values to deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Thai (Mandatory)
• Good level of English for internal communication (Mandatory)
• Valid driver's license (Mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and manage daily field schedules.
• Flexibility in working hours when needed.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Hebrew.
• Experience in field work or customer-facing roles.
• Additional language skills.
