What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical contact for premium customers to ensure success and stability.
• Manage customer onboarding, conduct proactive health checks, and provide product training.
• Act as a customer advocate by documenting feedback and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Research and resolve complex technical issues, leading cross-functional groups when necessary.
• Create knowledge base content to scale technical learning across the company.
• Identify renewal risks and account expansion opportunities in collaboration with sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working with Windows Server Operating Systems.
• Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and modern infrastructures.
• Must be based in Israel.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance workflows and decision-making.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
• CISSP or ITIL Certification.
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Account Management within a SaaS organization.
