What you will do
- Perform groundskeeping tasks (approx. 80%), including mowing, edging, trimming, and weed control for lawns and shrubs.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform routine repairs to community irrigation systems.
- Execute light maintenance and handyman work (approx. 20%) involving basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Respond to minor resident maintenance requests and assist with home turn activities.
- Maintain common areas, walkways, and parking lots to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs and manage maintenance supply inventory.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bryan, TX.
- At least two years of experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance.
- Working knowledge of landscaping equipment and basic repair skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
- Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
