Salary: $24 - $29 per hour

What you will do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on ground-based seeding equipment.
• Apply plumbing, electrical, and technical troubleshooting skills to maintain equipment specifications.
• Travel to remote sites with limited connectivity to ensure mission readiness.
• Diagnose mechanical issues in the field and execute independent repairs.
• Operate trucks and trailers safely on unpaved and remote roads.
• Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship in all weather conditions.

Requirements

• Must be able to travel frequently to sites across the Mountain West.
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently in remote, low-connectivity environments.
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round in diverse weather.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a truck/trailer on unpaved roads.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in field service or industrial maintenance.
• Experience with generators, pumps, or off-grid equipment.
• Knowledge of weather-resistant or outdoor electronics.
• Off-road or 4WD driving experience.
