What you will do

• Drive the technical direction of the Insights practice management platform to support millions of users.
• Design and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using React, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Improve system reliability and observability through enhanced monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Optimize web application performance and scalability to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to build intuitive experiences for healthcare providers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development experience in scalable full-stack applications.
• Expertise in JavaScript (React/Vue), Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong architectural skills for designing highly scalable and performant web applications.
• Proven experience leading high-impact, multi-month projects in fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of frontend engineering, state management, and component-driven design.
• Experience designing APIs and optimizing database performance for complex backend systems.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling front-end applications in high-traffic environments.
• Background in data visualization and interactive dashboards for analytics.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, REST, gRPC, and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architectures.
