Salary: $140,000 – $300,000

What you will do

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Partner with design and research teams to translate complex AI outputs into simple, trustworthy user experiences.
• Own features end-to-end, from initial scoping and design to final deployment.
• Collaborate on building agentic AI systems that process millions of patient encounters.
• Shape how healthcare teams interact with intelligent automation systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years of direct React development experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from the NYC office at least 3 days per week.
• Expertise across the stack including TypeScript, Node.js, SQL, and Python.
• Proven ability to own features from scoping to production.

Nice to have

• Visual design skills using Figma or Illustrator.
