What you will do
- Lead multiple work packages for model development, validation, and library release.
- Plan and control project execution to ensure timely delivery of model releases and qualification targets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including modeling, silicon reliability, design enablement, and external foundry partners.
- Drive decision-making and resolve technical and organizational challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to model accuracy, coverage, and release readiness.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and software development workflows.
Requirements
- Strong technical understanding of semiconductor modeling and/or process technology.
- Ability to translate discussions on device modeling and simulation into structured execution plans.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and balancing competing priorities.
- Must be based in or able to work from Nijmegen, Netherlands.
Nice to have
- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience within the semiconductor industry.
- Experience in SPICE model development, PDK, or design enablement environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) or release-driven environments.
