What you will do

• Provide technical leadership across multiple squads to ensure high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
• Own and drive cross-team technical initiatives, ensuring accountability for systemic outcomes.
• Lead system design and architectural decisions, balancing scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Partner with Product and Engineering Managers to shape pragmatic technical solutions.
• Contribute hands-on through solution design, coding, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.
• Mentor engineers and champion modern approaches, including AI-assisted development and reusable patterns.

Requirements

• Experience in a senior technical leadership role (Staff, Principal, or Lead Engineer).
• Strong expertise in system design and software architecture within cloud-native environments.
• Deep knowledge of AWS for designing and operating scalable production systems.
• Proven track record of leading technical initiatives across multiple teams or domains.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to build trusted partnerships.
