What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of financial professionals, including workload allocation, goal setting, and performance reviews.
• Monitor and report on monthly activity and profitability measurement for customers.
• Manage monthly closing procedures and provide detailed variance analysis on financial fluctuations.
• Coordinate all planning activities, including short-term forecasts and bottom-up budget construction for P&L, Staff, and Capex.
• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Controlling, and Treasury teams while supporting internal and external audit processes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in accounting, finance, business management, or economics.
• 5-7 years of experience in controlling, audit, or as a corporate finance specialist.
• Proficiency in SAP, BI tools, and strong competency in Excel.
• English: Proficient (C1) level required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Bucharest, Romania.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in a matrix, multi-country environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French or other European languages.
• ACCA, CIMA, or similar professional qualification.
