What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive process transformation strategy across all finance and accounting functions.
• Champion the adoption of financial technologies such as ERP systems, AI, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Manage cross-functional teams to implement process changes and new technologies on time and within budget.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of transformation efforts and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to gain stakeholder buy-in and minimize resistance.
• Communicate progress and challenges to senior leadership and the global controllership organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred).
• 8-12 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in process improvement, finance transformation, or project management.
• Proven experience leading large-scale ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Expertise in BPM, RPA, and other process optimization technologies.
• Must be based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
