Senior General Ledger Accountant

What you will do

• Prepare and input General Ledger documents including payroll, depreciation, and accruals.
• Perform monthly General Ledger and bank reconciliations, including foreign currency accounts.
• Complete and submit VAT returns for EU entities and manage weekly cash forecasting.
• Execute weekly payment programs and monitor payment files.
• Manage monthly intra-group recharges and intercompany transaction reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly reporting packs and lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 5+ years of experience as a General Ledger Accountant.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong MIS skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Must be able to attend onsite interviews in Cluj-Napoca.
