What you will do

• Lead the AP team and manage complex, high-risk accounts payable portfolios.
• Design advanced payment processing models and implement strategic cash flow initiatives.
• Mentor and guide AP associates while monitoring team performance.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate on AI and automation projects within the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) area.
• Prepare strategic financial reports and insights for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable or similar financial roles.
• Proven track record as a team lead managing complex AP portfolios.
• Must be based in or able to work from Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• English: Proficient level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI in Finance/PTP processes.
• Proficiency in SAP.
