Senior Security Engineer (AI Security)

hirify.global develops an identity security platform that protects human, machine, and AI-agent identities across on-premises and cloud environments.

What you will do

• Own, administer, and operate security platforms covering email, network, identity, ZTNA, secure browsing, and AI security.
• Manage deployment, configuration, policies, upgrades, patching, monitoring, licensing, and integrations across the security toolset.
• Drive identity and access security initiatives, including Zero Trust, Conditional Access, RBAC, identity lifecycle management, access reviews, and governance.
• Design and roll out new security initiatives while tuning policies, hardening controls, and improving security architecture.
• Build automation for integrations, enrichment, and response actions across the security stack.
• Partner with R&D, DevOps, and IT on secure design, deployment pipelines, infrastructure as code, threat modeling, and risk assessments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering or equivalent hands-on security roles.
• Hands-on experience across multiple security domains, with end-to-end ownership of at least one area such as identity and access, network, email, web, or endpoint security.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management, including Zero Trust, Conditional Access, SSO, MFA, RBAC, identity lifecycle, and access governance.
• Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, segmentation, ZTNA, and modern remote access architectures.
• Experience designing, deploying, administering, and operating security tools, plus cloud security experience with AWS or Azure.
• Programming or scripting skills in Python, Bash, or a similar language, along with strong collaboration and communication skills.
