What you will do

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
• Build financial models to support business decisions and evaluate performance
• Prepare financial performance reports for leadership reviews
• Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvements
• Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools using AI
• Collaborate with accounting and other stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements

• 1-2 years of business finance or relevant experience
• High proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• High level of English proficiency (C1)
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude and Gemini
