What you will do

• Run GDPR compliance operations, including end-to-end data subject requests and maintenance of processing registries, DPAs, and privacy policies.
• Embed privacy and security compliance into the product by collaborating with ML and tech teams to ensure compliance by design.
• Monitor global privacy regulations and proactively brief internal teams on legal implications and required actions.
• Manage day-to-day commercial contracting, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating sales agreements.
• Support the Head of Legal with trademark registrations, corporate law, labor law, and public affairs.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional legal experience in data protection/privacy at a tech-focused law firm or in-house at a SaaS startup/scale-up.
• Proven experience drafting compliance documentation such as DPAs, DPIAs, and LIAs.
• Ability to independently review, draft, and negotiate a steady volume of commercial and sales contracts.
• Master's degree in law.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).

• Familiarity with AI technologies and the EU AI Act.
