What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of approximately 15 compliance professionals.
- Maintain and evolve the regulatory compliance framework (PSD2/CMF, EMI obligations, ACPR expectations) across home and passported markets.
- Act as the primary interface with ACPR and local competent authorities on compliance matters.
- Advise product, partnerships, and commercial teams on the regulatory feasibility of new features and markets.
- Track regulatory changes and translate them into actionable requirements and timelines for the business.
- Manage international regulatory examinations, inspections, and audits.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience as an AMLRO or in a compliance role within a regulated financial institution (ideally EMI or PI).
- Strong command of the French regulatory framework (ACPR, AML/CFT directives, PSD2, MFC).
- Proven track record of building and leading compliance teams.
- Ability to communicate with clarity and conviction in both French and English.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product and Sales teams to move business forward within regulatory bounds.
