TL;DR

Location: Bristol (Harbourside). Hybrid working (3 days per week in office); must be based in the UK as employment sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do
- Coordinate end-to-end change and release activity, managing risk assessments, approvals, and implementation controls.
- Maintain a forward schedule of change and release to provide visibility of impacts and dependencies.
- Act as a control point for production releases to ensure operational readiness and successful validation.
- Embed governance into CI/CD pipelines to enable automated compliance and auditability.
- Provide guidance to engineering and platform teams on change standards and risk mitigation.
- Support the resolution of failed changes and drive continuous improvement in release quality.
Requirements
- Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) with strong knowledge of ITIL Change and Release Management.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment tooling, and automated release practices.
- Experience working across hybrid environments including cloud and third-party platforms.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Analytical mindset to balance delivery pace, risk, and service stability.
- Unable to provide employment sponsorship.
