What you will do

• Lead the commercial performance of ecommerce channels, including D2C platforms and major online marketplaces.
• Develop and deliver strategies to increase revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Own ecommerce forecasting, budgets, and P&L management to support sustainable growth.
• Analyze trading performance to identify opportunities and implement data-led improvements.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver commercial objectives.

Requirements

• Significant senior ecommerce leadership experience within a consumer brand, retail, or FMCG environment.
• Proven track record of delivering profitable ecommerce growth across multiple online channels.
• Strong experience managing D2C websites alongside Amazon Marketplace performance.
• Excellent commercial judgement with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and trading performance.
• Ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams while influencing stakeholders at senior leadership level.
