What you will do

• Support end-to-end merchandising for menswear in UK & EU, including assortment execution and launches.
• Execute regional merchandising strategies and contribute to product ideation and business cases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Marketing, Technical Design, and Sourcing to deliver successful product launches.
• Analyze trading performance (sales, returns, margin) and implement actions to improve results.
• Own product catalogue management, ensuring data accuracy and system maintenance.
• Develop site merchandising strategies and optimize PDPs and customer journeys.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, Madrid, or Berlin.
• 8+ years of retail merchandising or buying experience in menswear categories.
• Background in E-commerce and/or DTC brands (experience with both startups and established brands preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools to inform trading decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in both strategic and executional roles.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
