What you will do

  • Support end-to-end merchandising for selected womenswear categories in the UK & EU, including assortment execution, launches, and performance tracking.
  • Execute regional merchandising strategy in partnership with US Product Merchandising and international regional peers.
  • Analyze trading performance (sales, returns, margin) and take ownership of actions to improve results.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product and Regional Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Technical Design, and Sourcing to deliver product launches (inventory, go-to-market execution, fit/sizing, and margin).
  • Own product catalogue management and administration (product setup, data accuracy, system maintenance) and maintain merchandising reports/tools/trackers/pricing files.
  • Build site merchandising strategy (PDP improvements roadmap and customer journey optimizations) and monitor ratings/reviews/returns to drive product quality improvements and compliance execution.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in one of the UK/EU offices (London, Madrid, or Berlin) with 4 days per week in-office requirement.
  • 8 years of retail merchandising or buying experience in womenswear categories, with demonstrated ownership of category performance.
  • Strong e-commerce and/or DTC experience; exposure to both startup and established (blue-chip) brands preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills using data to inform trading and merchandising decisions (sales, margin, return rates).
  • Proven ability to operate in both executional and strategic support roles and work cross-functionally with Planning, Design, Sourcing, or Marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence through concise written narrative.
