Customer Success Associate (14-Month Contract) (SaaS/EdTech): Managing school and school district accounts to improve product adoption, satisfaction, retention, and revenue with an accent on client relationships, success planning, and proactive account management. Location: Fully remote, with the successful candidate required to be based in Canada.
Salary: OTE of CAD 70,000β75,000 annually, combining base and incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Manage renewals, account health, retention, churn reduction, and revenue growth across an assigned portfolio.
- Build client relationships, increase product adoption, and develop success plans aligned with school district goals and resources.
- Conduct proactive client check-ins, address concerns, manage difficult conversations, and communicate product updates.
- Coordinate web-based training sessions and share implementation best practices.
- Resolve client issues with product development, client solutions, sales, and onboarding teams.
- Document interactions in Salesforce, create leads, report product bugs, and share customer insights.
Requirements
- 1β2 years of experience managing clients with strong satisfaction and retention outcomes, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Experience building client relationships, supporting customer success, and delivering value through every interaction.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, planning, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM and proficiency with G Suite.
