Automation Analyst (Power Automate)

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule in Toronto at 483 Bay Street, moving to the Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in approximately late 2026. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: CAD 90,000–118,000 total annual cash compensation, including base salary and target bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the development, testing, and lifecycle management of automated processes using Microsoft Power Automate and AI Builder.
• Identify and assess opportunities to adopt automation and AI/ML technologies.
• Analyze, develop, and deliver automated processes that support a more digital internal culture.
• Work with business leaders and internal stakeholders to understand core platforms and integrate new automation solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for emerging technologies on key projects, issue resolution, and process improvement.
• Represent the Emerging Technologies team in working groups across the organization and international business.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of technology and design experience in an Agile environment.
• Programming experience with Python, Java, Go, C, or low-code/no-code application development.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, RPA, SaaS, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with rapid prototyping, Agile product development, persona development, product positioning, and requirements creation.
• Current authorization to work in Canada is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in UX/UI design, project management, or software development.
• Digital technology, relationship management, and market research experience.
