Processing Representative (Finance)

Location: Hybrid. Current work authorization for Canada is required. Based in Toronto (transitioning to Mississauga in late 2026) or Calgary.

Salary: $26.40–$32.80 per hour

What you will do

• Perform account administration and trade execution of financial and non-financial transactions for mutual fund retail accounts.
• Contact internal and external clients to ensure timely resolution of not-in-good-order transactions.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and detail in all processing activities.
• Collaborate within the Processing team during rotating shifts between 8 am and 8 pm EST.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• College Diploma or equivalent experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Analytical and critical thinking skills to solve client problems.
• Ability to work rotating shifts Monday through Friday.
