What you will do

• Maintain portfolio workplans, dashboards, and trackers to ensure real-time visibility into milestones and risks.
• Manage regulatory compliance, including drafting and submitting IRB protocols and Data Use Agreements.
• Coordinate the ingestion and QA/QC of medical image datasets from international and US partners.
• Support the development of multilingual training curricula for frontline healthcare workers on AI diagnostic tools.
• Liaise between IRC country programs and academic research partners to facilitate operational communication.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling, meeting logistics, and onboarding new team members.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of project coordination experience in an international NGO, humanitarian organization, or academic medical center.
• Must have the right to work in the US, Kenya, or the UK.
• Direct experience drafting or managing IRB protocols and data-sharing/legal agreements.
• Proven ability to navigate bureaucratic environments and manage complex workstreams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Understanding of global health initiatives and clinical diagnostics in low-resource settings.

Nice to have

• Professional working proficiency in French.
• Experience with REDCap, database management, or SQL.
• Programming skills in Python or R.
• Background in AI ethics, digital health, or curriculum design.
