What you will do

• Own inventory and logistics execution for data creation equipment, gear, and consumables across all project sites.
• Track and maintain the inventory system to ensure capture hardware is accounted for and ready for use.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and the movement of equipment between various sites and sets.
• Manage supply and equipment orders to maintain stock levels ahead of project requirements.
• Support the physical setup and teardown of data capture environments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, supply chain, or operations.
• Proven ability to own a workstream end-to-end.
• Experience with inventory systems and tracking hardware.
• Experience coordinating shipping, receiving, and movement of goods across locations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for gear and supply readiness.

Nice to have

• Background in robotics, hardware, motion capture, or physical AI data.
• Familiarity with motion capture or wearable sensor hardware.
• Experience in high-growth startup operations.
