Paid Media Strategist (PPC)

Location: Remote, must be located in the USA; limited travel obligations.

Salary: $60,000–$68,000 per year.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Shopping, paid social, and other relevant platforms.
• Lead monthly or quarterly planning sessions and present strategic roadmaps aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, search terms, lead trends, revenue, and ROI, producing actionable monthly reports.
• Conduct competitor, audience, keyword, and creative analysis to identify market opportunities and optimization actions.
• Develop A/B testing strategies, apply advanced bidding and audience targeting, and manage budget allocation across channels and keywords.
• Lead client calls, communicate complex data clearly, and collaborate with internal marketing teams on client strategies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of paid search experience with Google Ads and Bing/Microsoft Ads.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency and in client-facing work.
• Experience with Google Shopping, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to use spreadsheet functions and formulas to analyze data, identify trends, and summarize findings.
• Experience with Keyword Planner, ChatGPT, or related tools for developing and evaluating optimization strategies.
