Inventory Specialist

TL;DR

What you will do

• Execute inbound and outbound shipping and receiving operations for all materials.
• Perform picking, packing, and staging to support production workflows and deliveries.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, and Fleet to fulfill inventory requests and maintain uninterrupted supply.
• Run regular cycle counts and investigate/reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain kanban areas and support lean operations (kanban/5S).
• Enter, update, and manage inventory records in the ERP system; use Google Sheets/Workspace for tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a warehouse or large-scale inventory environment.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite strongly preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and standard warehouse equipment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience driving a box truck (16 ft or larger) with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials in accordance with warehouse safety guidelines.
