What you will do

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the capital and business development planning department.
• Oversee the development of annual capital budgets and capital forecasting processes.
• Lead the creation of business cases in collaboration with the Strategic Transformation Office and senior leadership.
• Perform look-back analyses on major capital expenditures to validate assumptions and operating results.
• Model financial results to support corporate strategic planning and determine segment-level financial targets.
• Communicate complex financial findings and model outputs to senior executives and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Health Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-level financial modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic analysis within a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and statutory financial statements, risk-based capital, and underwriting.
• Ability to process complex quantitative data and communicate findings effectively to senior leadership.
