Salary: $145,000–$235,000 CAD

What you will do

• Own and manage the enterprise data architecture strategy, roadmap, and governance standards.
• Partner with AI and data science teams to establish data foundations supporting enterprise AI capabilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of architects and senior consultants.
• Collaborate with regional data officers to drive consistent adoption of architecture patterns and reference models.
• Translate strategic business requirements into scalable enterprise data architectures and information models.
• Monitor emerging trends in cloud, AI, and data management to provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Enterprise Data Architecture or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience designing enterprise-scale cloud-native data solutions on AWS.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required for Quebec-based candidates.
• Deep expertise in data warehousing, lakehouse architectures, and metadata management.
• Proven ability to manage through influence in a complex, matrixed global environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business strategy and technical implementation.

Nice to have

• Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience leading data science teams or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Experience implementing semantic architecture and knowledge discovery solutions.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
