What you will do

• Lead the development of architecture and technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design and assess complex technology solutions integrating internal systems and external vendor platforms.
• Provide strategic architectural guidance to business and technology leaders.
• Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, standards, and solution designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Architecture Review Boards to ensure alignment and approval.
• Manage architectural risks and provide leadership in project planning and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Must have current work authorization for Canada.
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience with 5+ years as an Architect in a formal practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman.
• Expertise in Java, Spring, Oracle, AWS, and API Gateway technologies.
• Solid understanding of security architecture including identity management and network security.

Nice to have

• Experience with industry brokerage systems and legacy integrations.
• TOGAF Certification.
• Background in roles such as Solution Designer or Enterprise Architect.
