What you will do
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via email, live chat, and ticketing platforms.
- Resolve order-related issues, including replacements, credits, and delivery exceptions.
- Own customer cases from initial contact through final resolution.
- Maintain accurate account information and support new business client onboarding.
- Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and Fulfillment teams to address operational risks.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to internal documentation and workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Client Support, Customer Success, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Experience supporting high-volume interactions via email, live chat, and ticket management platforms.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer ownership mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting B2B or Enterprise clients.
- Background in Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Food, Logistics, or E-commerce.
- Experience with Order Management or Account Management.
- Experience collaborating with Supply Chain or Product teams.
