What you will do

  • Manage high-volume customer inquiries via email, live chat, and ticketing platforms.
  • Resolve order-related issues, including replacements, credits, and delivery exceptions.
  • Own customer cases from initial contact through final resolution.
  • Maintain accurate account information and support new business client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and Fulfillment teams to address operational risks.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to internal documentation and workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Client Support, Customer Success, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Experience supporting high-volume interactions via email, live chat, and ticket management platforms.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer ownership mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting B2B or Enterprise clients.
  • Background in Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Food, Logistics, or E-commerce.
  • Experience with Order Management or Account Management.
  • Experience collaborating with Supply Chain or Product teams.
