TL;DR

Bilingual Customer Support Admin (Legal/Intake): Managing initial client inquiries and intake processes for a legal practice with an accent on bilingual communication and sensitive data handling. Location: Remote (Must be available for Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST)

What you will do

  • Manage inbound phone calls, emails, and messages in both Spanish and English.
  • Conduct initial client intake interviews and collect sensitive information accurately.
  • Complete and organize intake documentation and digital files.
  • Provide empathetic communication regarding next steps to prospective clients.
  • Maintain and update client records within the firm's CRM or case management system.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and legal teams to relay qualified lead information.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service, intake coordination, or legal/healthcare support.
  • Strong attention to detail when handling forms and client information.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Must be available to work Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a legal, healthcare, insurance, or elder-care environment.
  • Familiarity with intake procedures and client documentation workflows.
  • Strong customer empathy and active listening skills.
