What you will do
- Manage inbound phone calls, emails, and messages in both Spanish and English.
- Conduct initial client intake interviews and collect sensitive information accurately.
- Complete and organize intake documentation and digital files.
- Provide empathetic communication regarding next steps to prospective clients.
- Maintain and update client records within the firm's CRM or case management system.
- Coordinate with internal sales and legal teams to relay qualified lead information.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service, intake coordination, or legal/healthcare support.
- Strong attention to detail when handling forms and client information.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Must be available to work Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
