What you will do

• Interact with sellers with a seller-first attitude to understand their unique business pressures.
• Resolve issues regarding payments, payouts, order disputes, and shipments with high urgency.
• Become a deep expert in platform tools, policies, and processes to drive positive outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally with Trust & Safety, Payments, and Product teams to troubleshoot escalations.
• Identify patterns in seller pain points and proactively surface opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Weekend availability required.
• Active or former hirify.global seller experience strongly preferred.
• Support experience handling email or chat, ideally supporting merchants.
• Hands-on understanding of reseller operations like sourcing, listing, and fulfillment.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate complex seller issues.
