What you will do

• Lead the creation of breakthrough, multi-channel campaign concepts for TV, digital commerce, and social media.
• Collaborate upstream with brand and product teams to define messaging architecture and product positioning.
• Write high-converting, premium copy that translates complex technical features into emotional consumer benefits.
• Partner with Art Directors and Creative Directors through the full production lifecycle, from scripting to post-production.
• Actively integrate advanced LLMs into daily workflows to optimize research and conceptual prototyping.
• Mentor junior-to-mid level copywriters and foster a culture of high creative ambition.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional copywriting experience in a fast-paced agency or in-house creative department.
• Proven track record in consumer goods, lifestyle, or DTC brand environments.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, broadcast scriptwriting, and digital commerce expertise.
• Ability to translate complex engineering specifications into simple, emotional consumer hooks.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and collaborative design platforms like Figma.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York City studio.
