What you will do

• Lead concept and copy development across a diverse portfolio of projects, owning the creative execution.
• Serve as the owner of brand voice and narrative for both internal and external teams.
• Collaborate with art partners and Creative Directors to deliver work that meets strategic and business expectations.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to the copywriting team to promote professional growth.
• Participate in new business pitches as a lead conceptor and writer.
• Present and sell creative work to external clients to foster strong relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education.
• At least 8 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience writing for both HCP and DTC audiences.
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical agency.
• Eligibility for hire in select U.S. locations.

Nice to have
