What you will do

• Write and edit high-quality research reports, applied playbooks, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces.
• Operate and optimize the production pipeline, identifying and fixing bottlenecks in the workflow.
• Build and iterate on AI workflows, including prompt libraries, agent stacks, and repurposing pipelines.
• Serve as "customer zero" for new AI tools, testing and integrating frontier technology into the stack.
• Collaborate with founders and operators to transform raw proprietary insights into unique content.
• Maintain a consistent publishing cadence across multiple content pillars.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of writing experience for B2B SaaS, media companies, or premium publishers.
• Proven ability to write long-form, high-caliber content with a distinct voice.
• Advanced proficiency with frontier AI tools and experience building workflows that increase output.
• Technical curiosity to write prompts, build agents, and communicate with engineers.
• Strong operator instincts with a focus on hitting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Must be based in New York City for on-site work
