What you will do
- Manage tenant inquiries regarding rent, lease terms, and maintenance requests.
- Process lease agreements, renewals, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports in systems like Yardi, AppFolio, or Buildium.
- Coordinate maintenance work orders with vendors and monitor resolution progress.
- Prepare owner statements, cash flow summaries, and vacancy reports.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing standards and internal operational procedures.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or real estate operations.
- Hands-on experience with Yardi, AppFolio, or Buildium.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work during U.S. client business hours.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Experience managing portfolios of 100+ units.
- Background in multi-state property management.
- Familiarity with trust accounting and security deposit management.
- Experience with residential, commercial, or mixed-use portfolios.
