Market Research Analyst: Supporting the implementation and analysis of quantitative research projects with an accent on survey programming, data management, and stakeholder reporting. Focus on deploying research instruments in Qualtrics/Medallia, managing customer panels, and ensuring high-quality data insights for enterprise-level projects.

Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates based in New York, NY; Little Falls, NJ; DC Metro area; Houston, TX; Stamford, CT; NC, or FL.

Compensation: $23–$27 per hour.

What you will do

• Support the implementation and analysis of quantitative research projects.
• Program and deploy surveys and polls using Qualtrics or Medallia.
• Create cross-tabs, manage verbatim files, and append customer data.
• Assist in writing and editing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Maintain the Market Intelligence repository and track research projects across the enterprise.
• Support the expansion of Voice of Customer (VoC) and Voice of Employee (VoE) programs.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (no immigration sponsorship).
• BA/BS degree with at least 3 years of experience in market research.
• Expert knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
• Prior experience programming and deploying surveys in Qualtrics, Medallia, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for reporting and multimedia integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
